The Objective: shiftMD, the intuitive app that enables healthcare providers to recommend non-prescription wellness products to patients, was having a difficult time resonating with a target audience of forward-thinking healthcare providers.

The goal was to refine the brand positioning and lead with a value-driven story built on the benefits of shiftMD as the smart and innovative way to recommend non-prescription products. In addition, the brand needed a major makeover — from visual identity to messaging to the way their internal teams interacted with users — giving off a more approachable and personalized user experience.
